1. Delivery Schedule | 配送时间安排

Our delivery service operates 7 days a week, excluding Labor Day and Chinese New Year.
我们每周提供 7 天配送服务,不包括劳动节和农历新年。

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
周末或公共假期下的订单将在下一个工作日处理。

2. Delivery Areas | 配送区域

We deliver to various areas in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Selangor, and other parts of Malaysia.
我们配送至吉隆坡、雪兰莪及马来西亚其他地区。

  • Putrajaya

3. Delivery Charges | 配送费用

Delivery fees are not included in product prices and vary by location.

Please refer to the “Delivery Information” section on our website before completing your purchase.

4. Processing Time | 订单处理时间

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
订单通常在1到2个工作日内处理(不含假期与周末)。

You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Failed Delivery | 配送失败

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable:
若因地址错误或收件人不在场导致配送失败:

  • Redelivery Fee | 重新配送费:需支付额外费用

  • Cancellation | 订单取消:如因此取消订单,将不予退款

请务必提供准确的收件信息并确保收件人可接收包裹。

6. Redelivery & Address Change | 地址更改与重新配送
  • A RM20 fee applies for any redelivery.
    重新配送将收取RM20费用。

  • If redelivery is scheduled for the next working day, perishable items (flowers, cakes, fruits) may be replaced at an additional cost.
    如安排在次个工作日重新配送,易腐物品将重新准备,费用另计。

7. Service Interruptions | 服务中断情况

Unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, strikes) may cause delays.
突发事件(如恶劣天气、罢工)可能导致延迟。

We will inform you as soon as possible if disruptions occur.
若遇此类情况,我们将尽快通知并提供最新信息。

8. Delivery Confirmation | 配送确认

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.
