At i Flower Florist爱花坊 , customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure our products meet your expectations. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and replacements.

1. Issues with Orders & Replacements | 订单问题与更换

If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us immediately upon receiving it.
如果您收到订单后遇到任何问题,请尽快通知我们。

  • Free Replacement | 免费更换: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a one-time free replacement of the affected product.

  • 4-Hour Reporting Policy | 4小时报备政策: Any issues must be reported within 4 hours of receiving your order. Complaints made after this time will not be entertained.
    任何问题必须在收到订单后的 4 小时内报告。逾期投诉将不予受理。

2. Order Cancellations | 订单取消政策
  • No Cancellation After Payment | 付款后不可取消: Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances.

  • Cancellation Before Delivery Attempt | 配送前取消: Orders that have not yet been processed for delivery may be canceled, but are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation After Delivery Attempt | 配送尝试后取消: If delivery has been attempted and failed due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy | 退款条款

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide the following alternatives:
我们不提供现金退款,但可提供以下方式补偿:

  • Voucher Issuance | 礼券补偿: We will issue a store voucher equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

  • No Refunds for Perishable or Used Items | 易腐商品/已使用商品不可退: Due to hygiene and freshness concerns, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items once they have been delivered.

4. Refund & Return Exceptions | 退款例外情况

We may make exceptions in the following cases:
以下情况可作例外处理:

  • Wrong Product Delivered | 错误商品: If you receive the wrong product and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full store credit for future use.

  • Severe Product Damage | 严重损坏商品: If the product arrives in severely damaged condition and a replacement is not possible, we may consider a partial refund in store credit.

5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery Fees | 配送失败与重新配送费用
  • A RM20 redelivery fee will apply if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
    如因地址错误或收件人不在,配送失败,需支付 RM20 重新配送费。

  • If redelivery is required the next working day, perishable items (e.g., flowers, cakes, fruits) will need to be replaced at an additional cost.
    若重新配送安排在次个工作日,所有易腐商品(如花束、蛋糕、水果)将重新准备,费用需另行支付。
