Nationwide Delivery is available for any Delivery outside of our delivery zone area, Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia via i Flower appointed Business Partners.

Please note Flowers arrangement will/may differ or be as close as our featuring in our website.
Additional delivery fee applies for location that is on outskirts of the CITY area upon advise by our Business Partners.
A surcharge of RM50.00 processing fees will be apply for orders and confirmation of delivery will be supported with i Flower Delivery Order.
Orders are subject to confirmation by our customer service via email/WhatsApp and upon full payment. If i Flower are unable to process the orders a full refund will be rebated to customer.
Interflora orders are valid for minimum order of RM250 in our website selection.

根据我们的业务合作伙伴的建议，位于 CITY 郊区的地点将收取额外的运费。
订单将收取 RM50.00 的附加费，并且 i Flower Delivery 订单将支持交付确认。
订单须经我们的客户服务通过电子邮件/WhatsApp 确认并全额付款。如果 i Flower 无法处理订单，将全额退款给客户。
在我们的网站选择中，Interflora 订单的最低订单为 RM250。

Orders received on or before 1.00pm, delivery will be within the same day or latest by 7.00pm.
Additional Fee will be chargeable for urgent delivery within 4 hours upon order time (subject to confirmation by our customer service personnel)
Please note that a fee of MYR 20.00 will be levied for redirection of order (depending on the area) and 50% for cancellation of order. There will be a surcharge of min MYR 50.00 for out of town delivery.
Not applicable to festive hampers. For festive hampers, please kindly allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
