Free Replacement | 免费更换: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a one-time free replacement of the affected product.

3. Refund Policy | 退款条款
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide the following alternatives:

Voucher Issuance | 礼券补偿: We will issue a store voucher equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

4. Refund & Return Exceptions | 退款例外情况

Wrong Product Delivered | 错误商品: If you receive the wrong product and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full store credit for future use.

A RM20 redelivery fee will apply if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
